Taylor has been such a blessing of second semester. She was a very needed light during my 9:05am exhaustion, and I am thankful that a classmate turned into a friend so quickly. Taylor is hilarious and fun. After one conversation with her, I felt like I had known her my whole life. She is so easy to trust, so easy to love, and someone I am constantly giggling around. She brings sunshine into every room she walks into and since knowing her she has seen me right where I am and sought to know the authentic and real version of me. This woman deserves the world, truly. ❤
Right now is such a crazy time in the world and I’m pretty sure everyone knows that. If you don’t, is everything okay? However, I think that we have a great opportunity to press the reset button and focus in on the things that matter most to us during this time. It’s so weird how God works. I felt a push today to read the book of Jonah. I thought it was a little weird considering I know the story like the back of my hand, but I read it anyway. You know, Jonah sat in the fish belly for three days and three nights. He sat there, thought, and prayed to the Lord during that time. Y’all ! This is us! We are sitting in our houses (far longer than three days and three nights, but still). Allow Jonah to be an inspiration to you. Spend some time in thought and prayer! Spend time in the Bible and grow in your faith! Let’s come out of this stronger than how we came in!!! Let’s show people what our God can do!
