This is Hannah Ormond.
I’ve known Hannah for a while now, and yet she’s become one of the most important people in my life in a very short amount of time. Hannah and I are kindred spirits: she understands what childlike faith is all about (I mean, her quote speaks for itself), and she can be silly and childish with me while also having a beautiful depth of understanding of what the world is all about. Hannah is joyful and compassionate, and she fights for her people. There simply aren’t enough words to speak about you, Hannah. I adore you!
Hold onto your childlike wonder. Don’t let it go. Through highs and many lows, I’ve learned that the best way to view life is through the eyes of a child. You will find fullness of joy in every moment. In every little thing. And childlike wonder does not equate to naivety. It’s acknowledging the hard things, but choosing joy anyway. If you allow yourself be amazed, the Lord will surely amaze you. Notice the flowers. The stars. The twinkle in the eyes of friends when they talk about what they’re passionate about. Notice how incredible people are for just being themselves. Give in to childlike wonder, and every moment, every conversation, will leave you in awe.
