Caroline Beltrami

This is Caroline Beltrami.
Caroline is a senior at UGA and one of the wisest and kindest humans I know. She loves and cares for those around her fiercely and passionately, and she’s going to make the best English teacher ever one day. Caroline is a fountain of joy and it is an honor to know and be known by her.

Give yourself grace constantly. When you don’t think you deserve it. When you feel like you are a burden to the people around you. When you feel like you don’t have enough to give. There is always going to be more that you could have done or said or fixed or changed. There is always room to be better. But I truly believe that the Lord doesn’t want us to feel overcome by failure or burdened by the idea that we are not enough because He made us enough and He covered us in His grace. So when you fall short and need it, let yourself be covered in that grace. Remind yourself that tomorrow is a new day with new opportunities to love that person better, to listen first to that friend, to speak more sensitively, to fight harder, and to simply show up. Keep showing up. And keep covering yourself in his unending and unfailing grace.
